6 inch Howitzer Box Stores No 1 Mk III

As The title says – this is an original box for the 6 inch Howitzer.

It is in good original condition having the original rope handles to either end and the internal labels being in good condition. The outer lettering looks to be original which is a lovely point. Also all original metal work and catches.

It is dated 1943.

Box measures externally 71 x 35 x 23cm
