2 x Airborne 3″ Mortar 37 pat front carriers for bombs. These very rare carriers for the airborne 3″ mortar are part of a set to allow trooper to man pack an amount of ammunition for immediate use. One carrier clearly marked RP Ltd 1945 and AD0254 to denote it as airborne equipment. This one has the sherardized steel buckle. The other very faintly marked on the back that is unreadable but has a brass buckle. This one had been taken apart when I acquired it, so it has been stitched back together.
